OLIVER'S INFORMATION
While other boys were running around on the streets of London, or messing with a stray animal, Oliver was inside his small house, locked in his room. Either that or he was scrubbing the floor until he could see his reflection. Now, Oliver wouldn't want to clean the house, but his mother forced him to do so. In fact, his mother made him do a lot of stuff, and not the good kind of stuff. On days where it was raining, his mother made him clean the gutter, and if the sun was out, he was probably climbing up the chimney and cleaning it. At night, Oliver got locked in the attic, aka his "room". In that room, there was a bunch of old stuff that was pretty dusty and there was only one window, and it was the only light source at night. Oliver often looked out this window before he went to sleep. Seeing outside comforted him, and put him at ease. Oliver's father worked on the rail road, so Oliver Often helped him there, but he only did small jobs like making sure the boards were nailed down and so on. Oliver always wanted to ride one of the trains that go past him while he's working.
While Oliver was still alive, he was really interested in the paranormal (he thought his house was haunted--). He even went around looking for ghost, and asking his mother if she thought ghost are real. His mother often replied saying; "Oliver, ghost aren't real. Stop wasting your time trying to find those bloody things and go get your father from the bar!". To be honest, both of his parents were terrible. I mean, thy didn't even love him! The only reason they had him was for work. Oliver's mother was a prostitute, and his father was a drunk. They both abused him in physically, and emotionally. Now when I say that, I don't mean that they beat him, they just made him do work that a thirteen year-old should never do. But they did abuse him emotionally. His mother sometimes said; "You were a accident." Or "You bloody brat! You're useless!". And his father most of the time complained that Oliver should be Outside, playing with the other boys, but Oliver didn't want that. He just wanted to sit inside, and read a book.
When Oliver was 13 years old, a terrible accident occurred. While helping with his father's job, Oliver was sadly struck by a train, instantly killing him. His parents were actually quite upset about the whole situation, but forgot about it after a year or so. But a year after his death, his parent's home caught on fire. Both of Oliver's parents burned to death in the house. Some people think that the husband started the fire deliberately, to end his 13 year old marriage with his wife. people assumed that they got into a fight, but the world may never know how the fire started. Their relationship wasn't stable to start off with, I mean the only reason they got together was because Oliver's father knocked up Oliver's mother. He didn't want the child, neither did the mother, so Oliver was an accident. The reason they stuck together so long was because Oliver's father said that God wouldn't approve of them getting a divorce.
